Because we possess advanced diagnostic evaluation techniques,
we can offer implant treatments that minimize patient risk and truly function effectively.
Dental implants involve embedding an artificial tooth root (a titanium implant) to replace a lost tooth, which serves as a foundation for attaching an artificial tooth. With over 50 years of clinical success, dental implants have proven to function effectively over the long term.
Since the artificial tooth is directly fixed to the jawbone, it feels almost like a natural tooth. Although surgery is required, the treatment duration is relatively short, and temporary teeth are fitted during the process, causing minimal disruption to daily life. Even if significant time has passed since tooth loss or if there is insufficient bone volume, implant treatment is possible by performing a bone graft procedure to increase the bone volume before implant placement.
※Titanium is a material commonly used in orthopedics.
It is highly biocompatible, integrates well with bone, offers long-term stability, and is a safe material with a low risk of metal allergies.
Before initiating implant treatment, we always investigate the underlying causes of dental issues thoroughly. Even for a single implant procedure, we conduct a comprehensive diagnosis that includes evaluating the overall oral health, temporomandibular joint position, occlusion, periodontal conditions, and extends to the entire body including the head (skull), muscles, posture, cervical region, breathing patterns, and lifestyle habits using photography, palpation, and advanced diagnostic tools.
To ensure that implants can be used with confidence for 20, 30 years or more, we prepare the oral environment to be suitable for implants before proceeding with treatment.
Treatment record of complex cases
We have achieved successful treatment outcomes for various complex cases requiring advanced treatment techniques such as bone augmentation and bone grafting.
There are various techniques available for bone augmentation, and our strength lies in proposing the optimal method tailored to the patient's needs, bone condition, and associated risks.
※Between June 12, 1999, and September 26, 2019 (including Yokohama and Tokyo), we have performed 2,295 cases of implant surgeries involving bone augmentation or bone grafting.
Advanced facilities for achieving precise surgeries
We have a dedicated, clean implant surgery room capable of accommodating dozens of staff members.
It is equipped with MAQUET surgical tables and shadowless lights that are removable and washable after each surgery, along with high-performance microscopes, all meeting global standards. We have established a safe surgical environment through collaboration with anesthesiologists.
Ensuring safety and pursuing accuracy
Using cutting-edge 3D computer technology, we create guides based on data that determine the position, angle, and depth for embedding the implant body. These guides are highly accurate, ensuring precise implant placement without errors. The materials used for the implants adhere well to the underlying bone, providing excellent reliability and safety.
In-house dental laboratory
We have our own dental laboratory, unique among other clinics, where dental technicians meticulously craft new implants, known as "second permanent teeth," ensuring each one meets our high standards. The knowledge and skill of dental technicians are crucial factors influencing the success of surgeries and treatments. They collaborate closely with the attending dentist, not only reviewing molds and photographs but also meeting with patients as needed to understand their preferences before proceeding with their work.
Comprehensive aftercare
To ensure long-term use of implants, post-treatment care is essential. Since our establishment in 1999, we have a track record of maintaining implants for nearly 20 years for our patients. We continue to support their health even after treatment concludes.
Furthermore, our clinic accommodates all implant manufacturers. Whether the implants were received anywhere worldwide or require redoing, we handle each case sincerely and diligently.
Second opinion
Many first-time patients at our clinic seek a second opinion. Often, individuals who have been diagnosed with "the need for implant treatment" at other clinics may not necessarily require it. Therefore, to responsibly address our patients' concerns, we conduct a paid comprehensive examination, propose a treatment plan, and thoroughly explain it until the patient fully understands.
Even if you have lost all or most of your teeth, this implant treatment allows you to have new teeth placed on the same day as the surgery.
In conventional implant treatment, it takes about 4-6 months for the implant to integrate with the bone. However, with 1-Day Implants, the entire procedure is completed in a single visit, reducing both mental and physical stress. This makes it an ideal option for patients traveling from afar or those with busy schedules.
We have equipped our facility to accommodate general anesthesia and ensure safety by monitoring the patient's overall condition throughout the procedure under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. This approach effectively controls pain and consciousness levels, providing a surgery experience with reduced psychological and physical stress.
【Anesthesia】Intravenous Sedation
Intravenous sedation is an advanced anesthesia method where sedatives are directly infused into the vein via an IV drip. Sedation typically begins to take effect within 5 to 10 minutes, inducing a drowsy and relaxed state.
This method also induces partial amnesia, causing memories of the procedure to fade. However, the anesthesiologist adjusts the dosage throughout the surgery to ensure the patient can respond to prompts and questions from the operating dentist.
During surgery, heightened pain or fear can elevate heart rate and blood pressure, placing additional strain on the body. Intravenous sedation helps stabilize heart rate and blood pressure, allowing the operating dentist to focus effectively, making it an essential anesthesia technique in dental operations.

The treatment costs are as follows: Implant (artificial tooth root): ¥330,000 to ¥440,000 (excluding tax, ¥300,000 to ¥400,000), Abutment (connector) placement: ¥55,000 (excluding tax, ¥50,000), Superstructure: ¥220,000 to ¥550,000 (excluding tax, ¥200,000 to ¥500,000).
We will plan the treatment strategy and provide an estimate based on your preferences (ideal outcome, treatment duration, costs, etc.). A planning fee of ¥16,500 to ¥22,000 (including tax) will apply. Please feel free to consult us if you have any questions regarding costs."
We provide a warranty for the implants (fixtures)
used in treatments conducted at our clinic.
Implants (superstructures) have proven over many years to be able to function as part of the body without issues.
However, variations may occur in the implanted implants (superstructures) due to individual body conditions, dietary habits, and lifestyle. Despite receiving regular check-ups and maintenance as recommended at our clinic, if changes occur, we have a system in place to guarantee the fees related to the treatment of these superstructures.
This is a system designed to ensure that everyone can receive treatment with peace of mind.

Since dental implant treatment involves surgical procedures, there are potential risks and complications, such as
〇Temporary or permanent sensory numbness of the lips, tongue, cheeks, gums, or teeth
〇Damage to adjacent teeth, sinus perforation, or nasal cavity penetration
〇Inflammation, pain, hypersensitivity, delayed tissue healing, and intraoral or facial bruising
Therefore, it is imperative to conduct thorough examination and diagnosis before proceeding with treatment. Additionally, meticulous brushing and regular maintenance are crucial to prevent peri-implantitis, similar to caring for natural teeth.
